  • CAN I USE ViTEN PRODUCTS IF I HAVE ALLERGIES?

  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CREULTY-FREE?

Yes, at ViTEN, we are committed to providing cruelty-free products. We do not test our products on animals, and our ingredients are sourced responsibly.

 

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

You can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact our customer support team via email to initiate the cancellation process. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the 24-hour window has elapsed. 

 

  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept various payment methods, including credit/ debit cards, mobile money, and other online payment gateways. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

 

  • WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

As a new brand, we have a limited amount of inventory available for customers to purchase. To ensure access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to rapidly purchase within a short duration, to protect all parties. It's in violation of our terms and conditions to create multiple accounts in order to place orders.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48hours or 2 business days  for orders to be processed before shipping. 

Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume but you’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the
